Banyans on the Ridge, located at Palouse Ridge golf course, features a handsome display kitchen with indoor/outdoor setting. A good selection of Washington state wines and Pacific Northwest micro beers are available. The restaurant is set on a hill overlooking the 18th green with smashing panoramic views of the Palouse. Open for lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch. Banyans now has a private banquet facility that can accommodate up to 250 people.
